GULF INTERNATIONAL BANK - SAUDI ARABIA WINS BAYAN CREDIT BUREAU 2022 AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN CREDIT MANAGEMENT

Gulf International Bank -Saudi Arabia (GIB Saudi Arabia) today announced that it has been honoured for “Excellence in Credit Management” by Bayan Credit Bureau 2022 Awards. The awards were launched as part of Bayan’s efforts to stimulate the financial sector to exchange credit information in order to raise the level of financial transparency and reduce risk. The awards were also created to recognise those across the financial sector that achieve the highest standards of excellence in sharing credit data during the year.

GIB Saudi Arabia was awarded after demonstrating strong competence and commitment to effectively managing credit information in accordance with specified criteria including those relating to sharing data in terms of content, accuracy, and time. 

The awards were announced at Bayan Credit Bureau Company's Event to launch the "Comprehensive Credit Report", which contains comprehensive information from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. It also includes bank credit information, commercial credit, and financial statements with the aim to provide value-added information to facilitate the credit evaluation process and to make reliable decisions in record time, in order to raise financing efficiency and reduce risks.
