Staff Engagement Events

GIB’s Social Committee organizes various events across the year with the aim of engaging with staff members and their family members, and to provide them with an opportunity to meet in a casual environment, socialize, build strong ties with people across different work functions and encourage camaraderie and collaboration.

These events are wide ranging, from celebrating occasions, like National Day, Eid, etc., to special events, like ‘Think Pink’, ‘Blood Donations Camps’, ‘Bahrain Marathon Relay’ as well as fun events like, ‘Family Day’, ‘Ramadan Ghabga’, ‘Kids day at Work’, etc. These events are well appreciated by staff members and their families who are extremely happy to participate and attend, as they increase the sense of belonging and enhance employee engagement.
