Gulf International Bank Wins “Best Payment Services in the Middle East” from the EMEA Finance Treasury Services Awards 2023

Gulf International Bank B.S.C. (GIB) today announced that it has won “Best Payment Services in the Middle East” from the EMEA Finance Treasury Services Awards 2023. In its 14th year, the awards recognise the EMEA region’s best banks providing treasury and transactional banking services.

GIB’s win reflects the bank’s market leadership and capabilities across its transactional banking offering. This includes recognition of GIB’s unique solutions, strong pan-GCC network and back-office operations, as well as its performance underscored by double-digit growth in clients and associated revenues during the past year.

Furthermore, in the payment area, GIB was also recognised by the awards as the only bank in Bahrain able to offer bespoke and unique payments proposition, among a range of other differentiating factors supporting effective and efficient payment services for clients.
